For being nice?

Whatever Happened to
Love
For giving love?

Whatever Happened to
Virtues
In everyone's lives?

Whatever Happened to
Commitment
And never breaking them?

Whatever Happened to
Friendship
And never stabbing them in the back?

Whatever Happened to
Loyalty
And being there for each other?

Whatever Happened to
Respect
For someone's time and privacy?

Whatever Happened to
Integrity
Being dependable when you need it most?

Whatever Happened to
Strangers
And loving them?
It's a poem summing up how I feel that we've all lost our ways as far as love, virtues, and treating others with kindness and respect...

It's not... a religious thing... it just seems that everyone never takes responsibility for anything, including commitments or ... yeah, showing up to places.
