I see a few, but not exactly like this.
Since I do not own Death Note, its characters, or claim any copyright and provide this file free to use, they're using it. They may be in the wrong, but proving that I have any claim to take down their item is a long process and doesn't guarantee that I will be in the right since I don't own the copyright.
