nice composition, a 25 second exposure made for some blur
try shooting at ISO 400, and having it underexposed one stop. I got an Rebel XT and do night shooting as well. That would really cut your time down and blur. Just correct the exposure in capture one (if you shoot raw) or use Photoshop's exposure control and put it up one stop. It compensates for it very well.
